The customer service at check-in was disappointing, as they refused to change our room despite its poor condition. Even after a full day away, sleep was nearly impossible due to the overall discomfort. On a brighter note, the location was convenient and made exploring the area easy.

I loved my stay in the Queen Suite Accessible/Non-Smoking! The bed was comfortable and I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. Plus, the bathroom was super spacious with a fantastic accessible tub.

Not Worth the Trouble for Couples

The small kitchen was a lifesaver, had everything I needed, even a dishwasher. Nick, the maintenance guy, was up and down fixing things, appreciated that hard work man.

While it wasn’t exactly cheap, it was still an acceptable option at the time.

I had a short stay with my family while visiting Kings Island. The room we were given had some issues. there were no curtains and we found bugs. The smell in the room was quite off-putting too. Although staff was not overly helpful when we raised concerns, I appreciated their efforts to accommodate us. Overall, the experience was disappointing but at least the staff showed some kindness.

We loved having a full kitchen to cook dinner after a long day exploring, and the waffle bar at breakfast was a nice treat too! The outdoor BBQ and pool area were perfect for relaxing after our busy days. The only drawback was the Wi-Fi being a bit spotty at times, but it didn't ruin our fun. 😊
